The location was excellent. Access to transportation was very easy. Breakfast offered great variety and each item was very high quality. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

My room was near the roof terrace, so the music was quite loud until 2 a.m. I mentioned this to the concierge, but there were no other rooms available. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower head was broken and the sink did not drain properly.

The noise was BAD. I could hear EVERYTHING from the restaurant until late, then breakfast prep started early. Asking for a different room didn't help. They said it wouldn't be a problem. I think someone from the staff should try sleeping in my room one night. They would change their tune QUICKLY.

I was frustrated with a couple of things. The water pressure in the shower was POOR. the checkout process was slow and took longer than expected. It made me annoyed as I was in a hurry.

The music from the rooftop terrace was REALLY loud until 2 am on both nights. DJs played during the weekend. I told the concierge, but a room change was IMPOSSIBLE. There were NO other rooms available, apparently.

The gym was well equipped. I think this is a plus for a hotel. The breakfast buffet included a good variety of options. The quality of food tasted very good.

My room changed three times due to mold. The shower was broken. Communication with hotel about these issues was not good, I think.
